In January, our entire school will be reading the book A Long Walk to Water. This is a story based on real events about a girl who walks eight hours a day to provide water for her family. Students will be walking laps during their PE Period. Also, students will be asked to carry a one gallon jug of water while they walk. We created a fundraiser to support Water for South Sudan.
