Parent Survey
Parents please take a moment to follow these links to our annual survey. When you have completed the survey please print the last page or take a screenshot and send it to your teacher. The students who have returned their parent survey verification will be invited to a popsicle party with Mrs. Horn. The class that has the highest return percentage will earn some fun outdoor activity time as well. The survey link will be open from April 26th-May7th.
