After School Enrichment Classes!
After school enrichment activities strengthen student’s self-esteem by exposing them to experiences and activities beyond regular curriculum.
Registration for Fall 2024 classes begins Tuesday, August 27th

PRE-REGISTRATION NOT AVAILABLE
Spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Early
registration is recommended. Registration forms are available here to print as well as in the school office.
COMIC BOOK CLUB
Grades 3-5
In this exciting new after school enrichment class, your child will express themselves by telling their own unique stories on paper in a fun and interactive environment. By creating characters and plots, drawing graphics and creating layouts, the end result – a completed comic book integrating cartoon, manga or graphic novel styles - will be treasured for a lifetime!
When: Class begins Wednesday , October 2nd from 3:15-4:15p.m.
How Long: Class is every Wednesday for six weeks. Dates are: 10/2, 10/9, 10/16, 10/23, 10/30, 11/6
Where: Portable H (near Kinder playground)

CREATIVE DANCE
GRADES TK-1
In this fun and lively after school enrichment class, students will explore the art of dance in a playful, stimulating and supportive environment. Children will use props such as rhythm sticks, scarves and bean bags to develop creative movement and artistic expression while enjoying energizing physical activity.
When: Class begins Thursday October 3rd from 3:15-4:15p.m.
How Long: Class is every Thursday for six weeks. Dates are: 10/3, 10/10, 10/17, 10/24, (SKIP-10/31), 11/7, 11/14
Where: MP room/stage on Schnell campus

JEWELRY MAKING
Grades 2-5
Creating handmade jewelry has many benefits: it is an artistic way to help your child to concentrate, express their personality, and build their logical thinking skills while having a blast! Students will love the process of making jewelry with colorful rubber bands, threads, beads, and other materials – giving the opportunity to proudly show off their creations or give as cherished gifts to loved ones.
When: Class begins Tuesday, October 1st from 3:15-4:15p.m.
How Long: Class is every Tuesday for six weeks. Dates are: 10/1, 10/8, 10/15, 10/22, 10/29, 11/5

KARAOKE!
Grades 1-3
Does your child like to sing? This popular after school enrichment class will have your child singing a variety of fun “school appropriate” songs from a wide range of different music genres. In addition to being a blast, singing karaoke will boost confidence, improve concentration and give your child a stage presence, allowing them to shine!
When: Class begins Wednesday, October 2 from 3:15-4:15 p.m.
How Long: Class is every Wednesday for six weeks. Dates are: 10/2, 10/9, 10/16, 10/23, 10/30, 11/6
Where: Portable F, located near Pod 2
