(Data Confirmation will open July 2019)

Placerville Union School District (PUSD) will enable parents/guardians to complete the data confirmation for students online using the Aeries Online Parent Portal.  Once logged into the portal, parent/guardians will be asked to complete all of the required steps in order, submit the “Final Data Confirmation”, and print out the Data Confirmation/Signature Form.

Data Confirmation process is an annual requirement and we request that Parent / Guardians complete the process Online.
Paper copies will be made available on an as-needed basis.

ISSUE: The login Page does not say “Placerville Union School District”

• Click here: Aeries Parent Portal Login and re-create your account

ISSUE: I did not receive an email from Aeries Portal

• Check your Spam Folder in your personal email

• Check to make sure the email address you entered is correct

• Check to make sure that this email address has been added to your "contacts" or "safe senders" list:  abi@pusdk8.us

ISSUE: I created my account but cannot log on:

• Make sure you are using the correct password and email username

• Check to make sure your CAPS LOCK is off

• Click on Forgot Password and follow the directions

• Check to be sure that the login page says “Placerville Union School Dist”

• If you did NOT click on the link given, you could possibly have created your account on another District’s parent portal. That account will not be a valid account. Try creating your account again using this link:  Aeries Parent Portal Login

For on going use of the Aeries Parent Portal during the year, click on this link and create a “Favorite” in your web browser for the Aeries Parent Portal!
